Equity-management.cd was born in Kinshasa in 2012 when three auditors saw the same tragedy: great Congolese businesses unable to raise because their equity was messy — verbal shares, no registry, no valuation.
Today we are 34 lawyers, CFA analysts, fund accountants and OHADA notaries. We run the equity back-office for mining suppliers, fintechs, agri-processors, clinics and logistics leaders from Kinshasa to Kolwezi. We speak French, English, Lingala and Swahili — and fluent investor.
